Welcome to OsData Analytics. By using our platform, you agree to the following terms, which govern the professional relationship between your organisation and our data intelligence service.
1. Subscriptions and Payments
The service is based on a subscription model by "slots" (location licences). Payments are processed through Stripe and are recurring. You can cancel at any time, but no refunds are given for periods that have already started.
2. Rotation Policy
To preserve the historical integrity of the analyses, each location linked to a licence stays tied to it until the end of the current billing period. Frequent swapping of locations within the same monthly cycle is not allowed.
3. Limitation of Liability
OsData Analytics provides AI-based analysis tools. We are not responsible for business decisions made on the basis of this data, nor for unexpected changes in third-party APIs (such as Google Maps or Power BI).
4. Acceptable Use
Using the platform for unlawful purposes, mass scraping of our own systems or any action that compromises the stability of the service for other users is prohibited.
