At OsData Analytics, the privacy and security of your organisation's data is our top priority. This policy explains how we collect, protect and use the information you manage on our platform.

1. Data Collection

We collect account information (email, name) and operational data about the locations you add (Google Maps URLs, review metadata). We don't store passwords in plain text; we use Supabase Auth for bank-grade encryption.

2. Use of Information

Data is used solely to generate personalised AI analyses, review summaries and intelligence dashboards. We never sell your data to third parties or use it for purposes unrelated to improving your business.

3. Data Isolation

We use Row Level Security (RLS) in Supabase and dedicated BigQuery datasets to keep your data physically isolated from other customers. Every query is authenticated and authorised specifically for your user.

4. Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for payment processing and Google Cloud for data analysis. These providers meet the strictest international security and privacy standards (SOC2, ISO 27001).

Only if you accept analytics and advertising cookies do we load Google Analytics and the ChatGPT Ads (OpenAI) measurement pixel to see which ads bring sign-ups. The pixel may send OpenAI your hashed email (SHA-256, never in plain text) to attribute the sign-up to the ad. You can decline them in the cookie notice without affecting the service.
